This Christmas, Worcester City Art Gallery & Museum again brings an exquisite array of jewellery, glassware, ceramics and other handmade craftsmanship to the city. The Midlands has a special history as a centre for decorative making skills and we’re proud that this tradition continues today and celebrated in this exhibition. Each piece has been made by a talented maker and hand-picked for this top-quality exhibition.

Visit our stunning display of 100 decorated Christmas trees lining the medieval cloister. The trees are decorated by local businesses, charities, schools and organisations. The festival is FREE to visit. Please leave a donation in one of the barrels. Vote for your favourite tree from our shortlisted finalists on the Cathedral website.

A brand new family pantomime! Worcester Repertory Company presents MAID MARIAN and the Merry Men Join the Worcester Repertory Company for the Swan Theatre’s latest spectacular, action-packed pantomime! The evil Sheriff of Nottingham is short of money. She has three plans: tax the peasants, fix the result of an archery competition, and marry her rich nephew to the soon-to-be-wealthy Maid Marian. Can Robin Hood save the day? Well, apparently not… as it turns out, he’s a lover not a fighter. Can Dame Ginny step in and help? Not looking likely… But what about the feisty Maid Marian? This #MaidInWorcester will lead the merry men to overthrow the Sheriff and prove that this girl really can! Visit http://worcesterlive.co.uk/pantomime.asp for the full performance schedule and pricing.
